Pest Control Technician Job Vacancy – South East London
£31,000 – £33,000 per annum depending on experience.
RSPH/BPCA Level 2 qualified – candidate preferred, although we would consider relevant industry experience.

If a candidate is not already Safe Use of Rodenticides qualified, training would start as part of the induction process. Then Level 2 in Pest Management training within first twelve months if not already qualified.
All office staff have pest control training or field experience which helps us set realistic and achievable work schedules.
You will be provided with a company van and an Iphone. The role requires reactive and proactive work carried out to a high standard in mainly domestic properties. Reports are completed digitally using an app. You will be expected to visit a number of locations daily and deal with a wide variety of pests, completing rodent and bird proofing from time to time.
Required:
UK Driving Licence
2 Years Driving experience
1 Year industry experience
Knowledge of London and surrounding areas
Good written and spoken English
Handyman skills to carry out proofing
Ability to work independently and manage their workload
Positive and pragmatic attitude to pest control
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. The guy turned up an hour and a half later and removed the rat efficiently and quickly. Very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Very quick and efficient service, highly recommended. Having spoken to Alex and explained a possible rat concern, he was able to very quickly send one of his team over the same day to check things out. The technician who arrived, Christian, was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and sorted the problem in no time. He phoned when on route so we were able to get to the property in time and was geared up with appropriate PPE for the current circumstances which we were very pleased to see. I had a urgent problem right before Christmas that caused me so much stress and upset and these guys were recommended to me and I can see why ... how detailed they are .. how they investigate properly and try to fix the problem for you as soon as they can because they truly cared about fixing the problem and it not ruining Christmas and New yr for me and my children. The pest officer who came to my house was lovely and polite , he didn't rush he was very thorough and gave detailed reports and explained everything to me on his findings and how the problem will be resolved. The manager was the same on the phone , he was lovely and very professional and he has a brilliant team , I can't thank them enough. We had a problem with rodents tunnelling in the front garden, so we contacted Indigo because they were local, members of a trade association and had fantastic reviews. An appointment for inspection was made speedily and Christian the pest technician turned up within the given time window. He was very friendly and efficient and in a very short time discovered how the rodents were gaining access and quickly found a solution.
